Does anyone know how I would go about getting the email address for the chairman of Morrisons (Andy Higginson)?
The CEO David Potts is ignoring my emails now regarding a VERY serious complaint. We found hard pieces of plastic in their own brand of pork pies & they are refusing to investigate. Already reported to watchdog/Food trading standards & so on.

That is an appalling story, Raich. Why are they not investigating, recalling all the affected products and giving you a "sorry here are some Morrisons vouchers"?

Because the store manager kept the proof

So presumably you already received a refund and possibly something for goodwill? I doubt they'd initiate a recall programme without evidence it was more than a single incident... I've found foreign objects in packaged food too, so probably isn't especially uncommon!

I hope photos were taken before you went to Morrisons.
It might be common but each time an investigation should take place

It was my almost 90 year old nanna that bought them so I am helping her with emails e.t.c
They didnt even offer us refund for the pies, just said they would send off the plastic pieces and packaging to their head office, investigate and respond to us in letter.
Their customer service dept initially said they sent a letter (to an address shes never lived at), then said they would resend the letter weeks ago... still nothing.
Now, yesterday I had an email from the MD office saying they are now not going to comment any further on the complaint when I told them they are now reported to the food standards dept. I am gobsmacked..... Absolutely disgusted with them
I wish we had taken photos now... but really did think they would have taken this seriously.

An absolute disgrace and I hope trading standards do something. Could Watchdog (BBC tv) or You and Yours (BBC radio 4) be an avenue to go down
A lady of that age could have poor eyesight and swallowed the offending piece

Unsurprising really, having now escalated the complaint Morrisons are refusing to comment in case any comment they make will prejudice them and they will await the outcome of the complaint you have made to the Food standards dept. Do you mean the Food Standards Agency?
