No probs - I know this works because I have a voucher ready for SWMBOs return next month!

I was charged £10, the deal has tracked for £1 plus 10 shares and it's covered by the cashback guarantee.

Then all you have to do is find one that is still open, none left in Birmingham, despite the factory and head office being here.

I bought the voucher via imutual but now my cashback has been rejected

Am I alone in this or it is everyone.

Need to know whether or not I need to contact Richard. No point in bothering him if it is all of us

£9 or £10 a great find though

irrelevant how many they have rejected. It was a valid purchase. It is subject to the Cashback Guarantee. Make a claim!

i see your point WJ but if it is across the board because of the voucher the Guarantee is void hence my desire to know how others have fared before contacting Richard. This in imutual not toppers or quidders. It is a bit like not getting a loyalty card at the RSPB because I want all the profit to go to the charity but getting loyalty card at Tesco etc.
