Will Boris Johnson apologise for when as mayor of London he closed down 10 fire stations, cut 30 fire engines and 500 firefighters? https://twitter.com/GavLynch2/status/11 ... 3523035137

It is also disgusting how boro boy tries to make it all about something a new labour peer said but I shouldn't be surprised at this point.
No you shouldn't be surprised at me highlighting racist comments from a Labour peer, or elsewhere; you should now perhaps start looking at the building regulators rather than turn your scorn at the LFB as it was not the numbers of firemen that effected the spread of fire and resultant loss of lives but the placement of the cladding on the tower block, along with perhaps LFB tactics, which would normally have worked if normal compartmentalisation have of been intact.
You only highlighted it because it came from a labour source whereas if a tory did you wouldn't said **** .
Shame on you.

Is it ignorance, bad eyesight, you've joined the "twist the reality team" or did you just miss it? I will highlight it for you and repeat it here because I am polite enough to assume you just missed it to make such misguided comments as you do!: "...highlighting racist comments from a Labour peer, or elsewhere"

To repeat, you only highlight something if it is about Labour, just like your thread about the London mayor not doing his job but not a single word about Johnson as mayor, the evidence is clear to see. :shh:

To Repeat No! I only highlight what I believe to be a racist comment that happened to have been made by a Labour Peer about a National Disaster... I would appreciate it if you did not twist my obvious and highlighted words and persisting to do so will only make a fool of you!

Mr/s Derbian says that you only call out left-wingers, although I would also add Remain supporters. Can you prove that wrong by point us to a post you've made criticising right-wingers/Leavers?

I have only ever made one call out of racism as I saw it blatant and undermining the efforts of brave firefighters, so are you calling that bias!?!

That wasn't specifically about calling out racism. It was about your bias in general. So I repeat the challenge:

What she said is not racist stop making stuff up. :shh:
Here's that quote again as it seems you did not read it; Baroness Lawrence says she believes a crucial element of Race is not being mentioned; she said "...when I saw the residents who lived in that block, to me I was under no doubt around the racism that existed at that time because I think had that been a block full of white people in there then they (London Fire Brigade) would have done everything to get them out as fast as possible and make sure that they did what they needed to do."

I find these comments diabolical - if they are right then I think it is horrifying and something should be done about it! but the first stage of the report, now issued would have highlighted any racist element so it would seem the Baroness Lawrence is wrong and these racist comments are only used to taint our brave firefighters who risked their own lives to rescue people.

I can't see anything here that has been "made up" so what are you trying to twist?
