As you can see from the chart below, of all claims submitted up to the end of November have been resolved (Michelle wins employee-of-the-month award - again!)
There were a few more claims than usual in November, but a third of them were for the same member and the same merchant And we don't expect that to reoccur
And there is now a report which you can view at any time to see these stats.
