...... how much will Boris cost?
How much has Boris already cost? The extensive advertising for Brexit on October 31 when it was clear that it wouldn't happen. The money spent by business on preparing for who knows what deal (all those stock-piled goods and contingency plans). The money spent by government on preparing for no deal (all those stock-piled goods and contingency plans). Twice

(And just in case anyone want's to blame that on Parliament or Remainers... the government had a working majority. It was the ERG and Boris's other cronies that prevented the government's deal. If they had supported it, the UK would have left the EU months ago.)

I've been swung towards the Lib Dems.
Jo Swinson got my attention with her Swingers.

Place your bets!
My bets:

Tories with a small majority.
SNP, and LIB Dems to lose seats
Labour to gain

Another minority Tory government.
Labour gains, but not enough to win.
Lib Dems, Greens, SNP roughly the same. Might win one or two from Tories and Labour, but also lose one or two.
Brexit Party won't lose all their deposits, but won't win anything. Will be blamed for some of the Labour wins.

"fiscal tightening"    - the Torygraph can't even accept the term "austerity"

Denial was always the policy of the right - exaggerate and deny. Where';s their explanation for the huge increase in food-bank usage? https://www.theguardian.com/society/201 ... arity-says

Not so much a Torygraph but a middle-of-the-roadgraph: https://yougov.co.uk/topics/politics/ar ... newspapers So I guess you will react the way you do because they are not saying what you want to hear so quote a left wing viewpoint newspaper...!
