Just because I'm paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get me

Hope you all had a great day, we had one that suited us. Had some lovely pressies, some for the box under the bed. They will go to a charity shop in Aldeburgh next November when I know my sister in law and her daughter will not be visiting the town as it is too late in the year to go that far (they live further away from the town than us). And some like the approx 3in tall Squirrel and Hedgehog toy they gave us (why would we want them???) have been passed on to give to the lady who is a Cinnamon Trust vol. She holds regular tombolas for a local dog rescue/rehoming centre. But the two books will be read carefully and then given to the local library as we are trying to downsize, and the chocolate mints will be enjoyed lol.

One of the best pressies we got was the donation in our name to The Cinnamon Trust from our friend who I told about it years ago. She has been a member ever since but never thought one day I will be unable to get shoes on my feet due to health probs and need a volunteer to walk my dog on some days.

Keep smiling because the light at the end of someone's tunnel may be you, Ron Cheneler
