Rain not too bad here but high winds.

No damage I can see (yet), but wheelie bin thrown aross the garden and worrying noises as it gets under the eaves. Ventilated soffits seem a good idea, but not in wind like this!!

Missing surfer off Hastings. My Neighbour just went to Asda and tells me there are sandbags out outside properties along the sea front. Can't believe any one would go surfing in this weather. Its blowing a gale out there.

I think he's been found (according to the BBC) -

Maybe he thought he'd break some records like BA did on their trans-Atlantic flight. I hope the idiot gets charged for any costs incurred in rescuing him.

Wheelie bins overturned, covers blown off - it's the end of the world as we know it!

Flooding everywhere here in Bronty county
The Spar is washed out for the 3rd time in 4 years despite reassurances it won’t happen again
No problems personally but Bemoredog hasn’t had a decent walk today

Well, I lost the TV signal on a couple of occasions - and during the 6 nations too! It might have been serious if it wasn't France v Italy, so losing the picture for a few minutes made little difference....
The wind's still whistling well outside and we did have some heavy rain for half an hour or so, but still nothing too bad.

Dicky Yendall told me ‘Ones gazebo has gone a bit squiffy!’
I have no idea what that means
