One possible answer (which never goes down well with "some members" for some reason) is for Richard to send out our Monthly News Letter - which I think unfortunately has not been the regular entity it use to be...!

The news letter is/was a great means of spreading news to all members, including the waifs & strays. Some time ago Richard mentioned there was an obstacle to contacting all members simultaneously but that this would be overcome with the hardware & software upgrades; so I would assume all members present and "vanished" can now at least all be sent a message...?

Perhaps circulating good news (again I predict it will cause negative comments from some members...) about the next iMutual.co.uk Share Certificate issue: 13/03/2019, 16/10/2017, 05/01/2017, 29/11/2015, 21/09/2015, 24/08/2015, 03/10/2014... = dates of previous certificates I have received - not precisely annually but I think this is what it is trying to achieve. This may stimulate the attention of some of the "vanished" members and if a suitable question is asked at the same time in the News Letter, they may even respond.

I would have thought using the tools iMutual already has should be exhausted as an initial route to getting these lost members to respond but obviously if there is still no response then more detailed action may be required.
