These appeared on the app at lunchtime whilst I was in the store - had them purchased, claimed and rewarded within minutes!

Note: It's the large ones (367g) that qualify not the small ones!

I bought these from Tesco, photographed the receipt and submitted. It was rejected because there is not enough evidence of the transaction - ie, I'm assuming, the item code that shows on the Tesco receipt is not one they recognise. ???

Tesco are pretty bad for non-specific entries on their receipts (e.g. just "chocolate", "beer", etc. instead of actual product details) but this isn't usually a problem for CheckoutSmart as they know what to expect. I also find the self-checkouts in Tesco often print faint receipts as the attending staff aren't noticing the problem or don't seem to act when they need maintenance; so sometimes going to a staffed checkout can be preferable when you need a receipt to claim.

Are you sure that you purchased the correct item(s) and the receipt is legible with the store, item(s), price(s), date etc. all included? What does it say? I purchased these wraps in Sainsbury's and had no issues. You could try submitting again, perhaps including pictures of the items too, or e-mail asking them to take a second look.

There's FREE street tacos 10pk now for Morrisons. Some members may have more than one variety available to redeem.
