Been denied that he said it. Could be like the "trump said to a group of democrats that if he ever ran for president that it would be as a republican as those voters were so thick". (paraphrase as cannot remember exact wording). Spread online but it was fake news made up by someone who hates trump.
OK, I have no time for Cummings but I will treat this as "unproven quote"

Phoned sister in law yesterday and she said daughter (lives near them with husband, 2 labradors, pets not children was their choice) thought it was all part of a big plan.
Yes, this intelligent idiot "who only goes to reputable sites" says do not be vaccinated as they put unnecessary poisons in it.
Anyway on a day when everyone would be going to the most popular places and we are told not to visit our Mum they met up and went out. Not sure where but it was very busy though they kept their distance from each other.
And if we are banned from going out the daughter will walk the dogs at night. Why when back garden is big enough for the dogs to run in. A ball will do wonders to exercise them.
We knew it would be busy so stayed on our own property and tried our best to get some exercise indoors.
But the rich selfish bustards with 2nd homes were filling Wells Next the Sea according to local TV. North Norfolk town with narrow streets and so nobody could stay 2m/6ft apart

Ummm, that's what the Guardian article says..... the claim was made in the Sunday Times. The Guardian points out that the denials are unusually vehement, in light of other things that Cummings has said and that No.10 has also denied that "herd immunity" was ever government strategy, even though the phrase was used by government spokespeople.

Went to milk and more as the eggs we ordered for last Thursday had not arrived nor did they come on Saturday but did get the extra milk on Thursday.
Got this: You will be able to access the Milk & More website very soon...
We are very sorry, but due to exceptional circumstances and the current high volume of visits to the website, we have had to introduce a temporary waiting list. You are currently in line, and will be able to access your account soon. When it is your turn, you will have 10 minutes to enter the website. Thank you for your patience in this unusual time
Number of users in queue ahead of you: 16065
Your estimated wait time is: more than an hour
Luckily I have got the washing out and was not planning to leave the house as we are having to self isolate for health reasons. No sign of the virus in our house and we plan to keep it that way. Enough morons out there determined to overload the NHS already

It is of those tested and it
is good news, though the progression to date has not been linear..... the rate of increase has dropped on previous occasions only to pick up again.
Don't hold your breath - listen to the two A&E doctors interviews and pray that they stay fit and able to respond.

Probably? I would say definitely as the number of unknown cases is just that, unknown!
The UK is not currently testing in the wider population so the reality is no one knows whether the number of cases is going up or down or how many people there are with Covid-19.
