Meanwhile, over in the USA, the world watches in amazement as Trump gives a 3 hour press conference in which he attempts to make the case for relaxing restrictions and putting America back to work...
At his press conference on Monday, he seemed to be tilting away from his medical advisers.

"If it were up to the doctors, they may say let's keep it shut down - let's shut down the entire world," he said.

"You can't do that with a country - especially the No. 1 economy anywhere in the world."

For those who think only grannies are affected by COVID-19, read this and watch the embedded video
https://www.independent.ie/irish-news/s ... 70693.html

Michael Prendergast, 28, COVID-19 victim, Kerry General Hospital, Tralee, Ireland. The guy was an idiot, but no worse than others I know who have "gone home" or "escaped" due to COVID-19.

So, 3 months after voting in the Tories we have
Universal income
Renationalisation
Lots of shops shut
AND A ban on protesters

Might as well voted for Jeremy

Do not be silly, not even Jeremy and his loony Momentum supporters are that far to the left. What we should have done was elected Farage and his non party. He would have kept the pubs open and made sure the ciggies continued to be made

Tim Martin says Wetherspoons pubs will stay open after PM say pubs must close. They closed.
Sports Direct head says his shops are vital for keeping people fit. They will close after all.

Both those idiot business leaders are wrong, The only essential non food/medicine places that are necessary are hairdressers and beauty parlours not to mention the botox/plastic surgery places. Without them the pointless celebs whose only talent is pushing themselves on the public will suffer and we will see them in all their not so beautiful reality unless the hide from us.

I tried to come up with a joke about social distancing, but this is as close as I could get.

People in the UK are now only allowed to go outside for one form of exercise a day.

Going to completely ruin my training for the triathlon.
