There's an awful lot of exception, I could go to the shop, doctors, work, chemist and for a walk all in the morning
I'm guessing they will see how they go before ramping it up if they need to
Have they got enough police to enforce it though?

The key is to have a "reasonable excuse" to leave the home
The examples given are *not* an exhaustive list
The crucial legal word here is "includes" which means "includes but is not limited to"
Possible to have other "reasonable excuses"
