Give me just 5 minutes, alone, in a locked room with him... he’d probably kill me :|

Does raise a serious problem though, what with stress over losing your income I bet Domestic Violence rates will double

If the following about the possibility of catching Covid 19 a second time is true then that its going to make a mockery of chasing these tests we haven't got yet...: https://www.france24.com/en/20200328-ca ... 2463152530

I have been warning against the assumption of post-infection immunity, however I do not take the case as proven or unproven yet - particularly in an article that talks tosh like "Any virus that did this (i.e. infect again) would be defying the laws of virology" , because it is not the case. (my addition for clarity in bracketed italics)

It is LIKELY that infection would give SOME immunity against THE SAME STRAIN of the virus to survivors. However, that immunity may be in the form of lesser symptoms, rather than resistance to any infection, and it may be either temporary or permanent.... and that's without counting in any mutation of the virus, which RNA viruses do with ease. It is alo possible that this immunity will be different from one person to the next.

Do you see the problem about waiting for "herd immunity", yet? (apart from the pile of corpses that would accrue before it took effect) Truly, a little learning is a dangerous thing where these assumptions are concerned.

Best to stay home, stay safe, keep other people safe and work my way through my stockpile.
Thanks to people like people like us have to have food delivered. Morrisons order (10 days after last and the next one will be 10 days after that) has no pasta or potatoes (other than new ones) available. Many staples were marked as unavailable when I edited the order last night. So last time some of my stuff was not delivered, and every time you go on to the site to make or edit your order you see so much stuff out of stock.

And a limit to three items per order. OK for 2 people but if it is a family who have to self isolate then that is hard on them.

Milk and More (home delivery of milk etc) also has many out of stock notices.
Keep smiling because the light at the end of someone's tunnel may be you, Ron Cheneler

Twenty flights a day still landing from coronavirus hotspot America , also flights are landing from other hotspots. https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/a ... k-21776455 ( not just in the Mirror )
There are no extra restrictions stopping people who could have travelled from the most infected cities in the world from getting on the Tube, trains or buses.

By the time we're allowed to meet in person, I expect my flares will be back in fashion again.
