fwiw as a non-shareholder, if i could get out of Warehouse REIT unscathed i would do so.
there are better sectors. and within commercial property REITs i'd be looking at prime prime, when the time is right.

8.2% according to final figures. Like I said - not a great result to be honest but I do think we are best out of this one even if just for the reason it doesn't fit our ethos now.
