The majority of the 19,198 respondents said Mr Cummings, who masterminded the Vote Leave campaign in the EU referendum, did not make a wrong move.
Almost two thirds, 62 percent (11,587 people) voted "no", while 35 percent (,,,,, people) said "yes".
Just three percent (630 people) responded "maybe".
