good to see a switching offer back in the market..
a provider who would pay me to transfer my Halifax 'Rewards' accounts would be handy

are existing customers (who transferred their accounts in years ago) able to bring a further account across to Halifax and bag this £100?

It says that existing accounts and customers that have received an incentive since April 2018 don't qualify, however I did receive the £100 regardless. It also says the type of account must be Halifax Reward Current Account or Halifax Ultimate Reward Current Account.
