Here's the cartoonist's original tweet with the full picture (Sep 3, 2019):

Not sure about posting here as an image though given the f-bomb in the caption.
We could go down the Rewards1 chat bit. Your naughty word gets *** and you are muted for five minutes. Instead of saying "Moody that is sixist" I said "Moody that is sexist". That became "Moody that is ***ist" and I was muted

Carrie Symonds past means she knows what she is talking about. She is an unofficial advisor not a policy maker. Cummings should have been the same but he was far more of a policy maker. Miss Symonds was only saying what vast swathes of the Tory MP's were saying as well.

That helps me greatly to believe all the speculation. A little bit of factual reporting would not go amiss.

The bl**dy Tory Govt. under Cameron forced the BBC to take on stuff like the free 75+ TV licence. Net result the Beeb is cutting back on those employed in the news gathering area. And that is bad news for us all.

And if that was not bad enough there is also the World Service, trusted and listened to by so many all over the world.

Wiki has it better than I could write it:

The World Service is funded by the United Kingdom's television licence fee, limited advertising and the profits of BBC Studios. The service is also guaranteed £289 million (allocated over a five-year period ending in 2020) from the UK government. The World Service was funded for decades by grant-in-aid through the Foreign and Commonwealth Office of the British Government until 1 April 2014.
