If we are ever able to buy shares as shareholders than I would buy 15,000 shares at £11 for charity/cash/ £12 vouchers!
But, I doubt that would ever happen.

How many times has a UK -100% model Cashback Site that has NOT had financial related problems and /or gone/was going bust been bought other than for a nominal amount

It's not directly relevant, of course, as imutual has far more potential than simply "yet another 100% cashback site". And even if a 100% cashback site had been sold, we wouldn't know the amount given that all such sites (apart from imutual) are private companies.

That said, one company recently paid over £30,000 just for the (IMO damaged) brands and database of a cashback company in liquidation. Just goes to show...

I also know (thought regrettably can't reveal my sources) that one of the current top 100% sites received approaches several years ago (before much of the current size had been achieved). Even at that stage, they were pricing themselves at circa £50m!

When people think Cashback many think Rp….., how many registered members does it have, It is 50% not 100% model site and it is a Points site not a Cashback Site – relevance a lot of merchants will work with Points sites not Cashback sites

I can think of very few that fell into that category at the time (in fact, no significant ones come to mind). And even if that we're true, a simple rename would suffice

IIRC, CBK (100% site) was generating about three times the turnover of rpoints up to the point of closure (admittedly, rp revenue was more profitable). It's hard to imagine that, since the acquisition, the investment (of time and money) would have been recouped from "50% site" revenues

When you say 'points' Do you 'Rpoints' or something else
Because they don't do Rpoints anymore but cash
They say there's 180,000+ members but I supect only a few use the cashback side
Apart from Daily(s) I haven't done any cashbackin over there

R-Points used to do Points - Mutual Points and Loyalty Shopper still do

Is also a fact that a number of merchants wont use Cashback sites, they will use Points Sites, how many merchants go on a Points site that arent on a Cashback Site can depend on how hard the owner/admin work and how good they are at their jobs This is in no way shape or form a dig because we all know R.Y and Michelle do a excellent job and work very hard

Well, yes and needless to say they didn't get it. But as we now know, a supposed "101%" site made over £1m profit in 2010 and have grown significantly since then.
