Site activity

Post by macliam » Fri Mar 11 2022 5:38pm

There are those who seem to jump at the opportunity to criticise any perceived defect in imutual, I'm not one of them. However, it is vital that the "basics" of site mainrenance happen, if imutual is to continue to function. With this in mind, I have a couple of iissues over the last week

Firstly, a payout requested Monday, due Friday but not yet credited (1730)

Secondly, two queried transactions with the response "we have awarded your cashback anyway, which is now showing as Pending on your statement. Check the Award Date column for when this is due to be awarded.", but which, when checked, show the transactions as "Extended" with no Award Date. A subsequent query on this status has since gone unanswered.

I hope both of these are transitory and unique to me, because, if queries do not get a response, people will lose faith in the site....

Richard has admitted working full time for this and maybe next year means he has far less time to spend on imutual.

The payout has now been received.

However, the supposedly resolved transactions, queried on 8th March, still show as "extended" with no reply.

Still no change to the status of my transactions or reply to my query, so I've raised another query querying the lack of reply to my query!!

I'll be generous and suggest that maybe the re-opened first query was overlooked...... :shifty:
