It appears that, coincidentally with Richard's atention to these queried transaction, an outstanding transaction from 2019 has been rejected, causing a large drop in my pending cashback, etc. (particularly given the slowwwwww cashback growth currently!!)

As the transaction was recorded automatically, the merchant is part of the cashback guarantee scheme and the service purchased was completed successfully (and I had used them before), I am somewhat surprised by this outturm, but have queried Richard for an explanation...

In one hand, out the other :(

I have also had some very old transactions rejected yesterday. (Richard must have had some time off from his regular job to do some housekeeping). In my case they were freebies where the vendor had welched on the deal. So mine were not covered under the guarantee.

My available balance jumped upwards - not enough to cash out, but every little helps!

This might be claim related - nearly all my historic claims now have resolution date 17/03/2022, however I'm sure most if not all were already resolved and they definitely sum to more than the £1.06 that I was just awarded!

The resolution dates seem to be set by something other than resolution!

Accepted, though in the end everything I raised has been addressed. We know Richard is spending less time on site administration, but it's still ticking over. At least here we have a forum to raise specific issues, unlike the other sites where it is all done behind closed doors.

I'd like the site to be what it was, or better, but I'd rather it survives than not.

Checked cashback rates a few days ago as about to book a holiday on Ebookers - IM was joint best rate at 3.5% for flight + hotel so was best choice with the cashback guarantee. Came back to book it today and it is now in suspenders!!! Back to TCB I go and IM misses out again...
