Join us next week for the reintroduction of the shilling and groat, as we continue to plumb the depths of the brexit bonus barrel.
As long as they like the originals are solid silver, I will be quite happy. Bring back the practise of "Clipping" I say.

I was brought up in imperial measurements and pounds, shillings and pence. Did I find it hard to switch? Of course I did and at times still do metric to imperial.

But I cook using the metric button on my scales and cooker. I ask for metric amounts when buying non packaged stuff. Do I want to return to to imperial measurements? Is the Pope a Muslim? One answer for both questions lol

Please do not put younger people and children through the horrors I endured when we changed to metrication.
Keep smiling because the light at the end of someone's tunnel may be you, Ron Cheneler
