Since imutual increased their cashout rate to £5.00, I have been stuck on £4.92. Nothing is tracking, including ebay where you can't make a claim. I have 2 claims outstanding, one past imutual's 'Resolution Date' and no response to my query. I am starting to feel a little twitchy about this site. Are imutual likely to be the next site to fold?

No more Daily Clicks, other cashback offers reducing, ceasing, not paying out. I am starting to feel a little twitchy about this site. Are imutual likely to be the next site to fold?

imutual used to be reliable at tracking and paying. Everyone is struggling in the cost of living crisis, and the small amount of funds in our accout would all help.

Unfortunately, I doubt it. Site management have been largely absent from the forums (apart from automated posts) for a good while.

Although Sue is still a Director I believe. I do not think she actually works for the company anymore. My understanding is that only Richard is currently doing any paid work. It might help but I have reported your post and it might get picked up that way, although I am not over confident. There are many reasons why your query may not being answered at the moment. In a recent post Richard intimated there had been personal issues including family sickness.

Not much I'm afraid. Combination of more personal issues, covid and trying to get through to HMRC
It is also the holiday season. None of that I know helps you. It is a far from satisfactory situation. But not much that anyone can do about it unfortunately.

Edit 16/7/22 23:59

Going over the Queries at the AGM last year I was reminded that Sue does still work for the company on a part time basis. So my earlier premise was incorrect. It makes the fact that queries are not being dealt with even more unforgiveable.

None of that excuses queries not being looked at for more 2 months. Given how few transactions there are, there can't be many queries.

I quite agree

Are there any suggestions that us mere members are able to do something about the bad/awful/paltry service? I hesitate to suggest it but if the service is to continue in this slipshod way, perhaps it is time to discuss whether or not to wind the company up?

The worst of it, Sue agreed to pay out my transaction, as it had been over a year, the problem was when the pay date came a week later, it went to extended again, and i never got the money promised!

Been using and supporting this site from the very beginning, but i too have doubts its going to continue, after all this hassle just for a 3.92 payout!

lets hope im wrong?
