Shouldn't be this way, though - a forum post that gets reported by another loyal member in order to get a response to a query.

Whey hey

Sue has now finally paid my cashback, so good news there,
the bad news, ive only got to make another £1.04 cashback,
Before i can cash it out! lol
As the money was not paid as agreed you should not have to wait for the minimum. If paid as promised you could have had the money when you last cashed out. Not a lot but these days every penny helps

Keep smiling because the light at the end of someone's tunnel may be you, Ron Cheneler

Or he could do Search Lotto for 50p. Get on the way to it.

Had two claims going for months and months. No progress. No response to repeated queries. imutual seems very dodgy to me at the moment - not paying out on legitimate claims and not replying to queries.

Join the club.

The claims report hasn't been updated since end of July, when it showed that less than one third of claims this year have been closed and none at all from May, June or July.

There is certainly a worrying lasck of attention recently.

I do think Richard needs to explain why - perhaps we need to request an emergency shareholders meeting, rather than just moaning and prophesying doom.

Do you think Richard would either read or take note of such a request?

Are you confident that the minimum number of votes for this could be reached given the low activity on the site?

Why ask me? I'm waiting on a response to queries, so not happy either - but I'm also not the one prophesying doom.

Be careful what you ask for.....
