2 wrongs don't make a right though, and does anyone ever get fined for dog fouling?

When I was with my parents and a dog owner and when I was with my DH and we went out with our neighbour or in her final years just with her dog we never saw anyone who would hand out fines. We always had doggy bags in our pockets so were never guilty of leaving anything behind.

And all dogs were wormed so no risk of a toddler being blinded by getting the stuff on fingers which then touched the eye. Not the fault of the parent as they cannot keep an eye on a toddler all the time. But every child needlessly blinded is the fault of the dog owner

This so called joke is misleading anyway. Water companies have been fined millions for sewage fouling, far more than any dog poo fines.

Well said, I was reluctant to say the obvious.

Just because I'm paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get me
