The Big Points Bonanza
On Saturday 4 February, scan your Nectar card or app instore at Sainsbury’s on a minimum spend of £20 to win up to 5,000 Nectar points.
Reports on MSE that many people didn't receive any bonus. Flat rate 1,000 point bonuses will be credited over the next week or so.
I got just 500 unexplained bonus points this morning - but then I spent less than £20 on 4 February.

Money off your shop in the nectar offers in the app.
In my household, we got £1.50 off £10 and £3 off £20 instore and an online discount.
They end next Thursday

Badges? Wedges? Sorry, Esso, I'm not going to use 75 litres of fuel in the next 3 weeks!
How about a free glass?

The fruit and veg 'challenge' is back - opt in via the app to get personalised targets for purchases over the next 6 weeks.
In previous years, you had to buy certain items for extra points. This time, my targets are just based on the number of portions.
1 portion = 80g fresh fruit/veg = 40g dried pulses = 30g dried fruit = 20g puree

i don't have the F&V incentive appearing on my app.
a couple of years ago points were worth double in Sainsbury's during November, iirc.. is that likely to be the case this year?

There hasn't been a 'Double Up' event since 2020, so unfortunately the chances of another probably aren't high. I still retain some hope though and have seldom redeemed points while waiting for a similar kind of opportunity!

That's generous mine is 200 portions for 200 points
a further 200 for 300 points
Then 200 for 500 points
So 600 portions for 1000 points
