Get £125 for switching – open a Spend & Save or Spend & Save Plus account by 3 March 2023 and switch in your existing account by 24 March 2023.

Then get £75 if you stay until 30 September 2023.

You reported receiving your £125 back in April. I didn't qualify that time, so had to switch again; this is why my incentive wasn't credited until 5 months later.

spoken to them today. i've been assured that i've qualified, and that the payment will be made "automatically" on 31.10.23.

nowadays i'm just using NS&I for all 20 transactions.

it didn't arrive so i'm on to them now.. their CS is awful. have taken ages to check and confirm, again, that "all of the conditions have been met" and then have gone on to ask me to call back tomorrow, before 5pm, when the switching team will be available. said no, i want them to sort it now. they left me on hold for 40 minutes, then cut me off called me back and have assured me they'll call me tomorrow afternoon to resolve
