M&S advent calendar is running again this year too.

I think last year everyone got a freebie on their first day. The website says there's a freebie for everyone again this year, although I've only opened discount offers on both days so far.

John Lewis also have an advent calendar. Only available in their app. The treats can only be redeemed in John Lewis (not Waitrose) stores and must be used within 12 hours of activation.

GreenJinn advent calendar today Shandy Shack rhubarb/elderflower lager 75% off at Sainsbury's.

These same offers were already available in my app without the advent calendar. I've purchased them a few times previously. I found the flavours quite nice initially, although the novelty did drop off fairly quickly, making me less keen to buy again even with the attractive discount!

Day 9 finally opened a door to reveal my freebie. It was a FREE alphabet or nutcracker hanging decoration. However, instore they're mostly sold out already. The only qualifying products remaining were letters Q, U, V, X, Y and Z (each priced £5). So I redeemed the offer on letter X for Xmas!

Actually, the small print appears to say that 75ml hand cream could be picked up as an alternative in stores that don't stock the correct items.
