Checkout Smart Error, but don't be too alarmed!
Email 1:
Hi,
Did you know that you haven't used your CheckoutSmart account for 11 months?
We wanted to remind you because in 30 days time your account will become inactive if you don't take action...
What does this mean?
Once your account has been unused for a 12-month period it will become inactive, in line with our user agreement.
If you have any rewards in your account balance at the time of your account becoming inactive these rewards will be lost.
What can I do?
If you don't want your account to become inactive you can prevent this by uploading a new receipt within the next 30 days - your account will then be reactivated for the next 12 months
Any rewards currently in your account balance are available to withdraw either to your chosen bank or PayPal account, but you must do so within 30 days of receiving this email.
If you have any questions or need any help with this, please contact our customer support team on
help@checkoutsmart.com and we will be happy to help.
We don't want to lose you....but if we do have to go our separate ways, we'd like to thank you for being a member and wish you all the best.
