You might be assuming that easier alternatives are excluded... however, they'd not!

It appears they're now auto-activating some cashback offers. Yet not all of them, or in my case not any useful offers...

I might respond to that with a witty retort by 2027.

Having lost my third 'Rewards' account several years ago, when Bank of Scotland changed theirs to 'Vantage' instead, I just randomly tested whether or not Halifax would allow me to open a third Halifax Rewards account. Happily, the answer was yes!
Searching around a bit, it seems that Halifax made a T&Cs change in November 2022 that increased the official limit back to three accounts per customer again!

Do you know if the £1,500 pay in can just be from one Reward Current Account to the other? (or other 2)

I send it from outside Lloyds Banking Group, so haven't tested that. In the past I think some people have claimed doing such transfers does work fine. There's a tracking function that should tell you whether or not what you've done has qualified, although it lags by 2-3 days and often fails to work correctly (nevertheless keep retrying and it'll eventually show something meaningful).
