Now three items missing, 2 from eBay, one from Regatta. EVRi do not give a timeslot, have been saying various items out for delivery on various days, have said they cannot find my address (NB, I have requested delivery to their local parcelshop!!), have not given any meaningful response to enquiries, they have not called back as arranged. 2 of the Items have been with EVRi since the beginning of December and are clearly lost. The eBay delivery time runs out tomorrow and I will request the money back.

Useless, lying scrotes.

Really annoying when you cannot get the item locally and then when you track the item down you do not get the item delivered

An update - one item has apparentlybeen delivered to my local parcelshop - after 12 days.

A second was returned to the vendor without notice. The vendor has issued a refund.

The third item is still in the ether......

So one thing (maybe) delivered late, one not delivered at all and one still missing.......

Useless

ETA - The first item WAS delivered. Packaging ripped and with stickers saying delivery had failed. PS, the original address was perfectly OK.

The second item was returned "because delivery was refused" according to EVRi. This is a blatant lie and not even backed up by their own tracking system.

The third item also failed delivery on the 11th. The request to send to a parcelshop was noted - but no tracking since 12th. I don't see it arriving any time soon.....

Useless AND dishonest

Another ETA

Returned home this PM to find the third package on my doorstep. Warning email was sent 30 minutes before delivery...... I wasn't there.

PS - I had requested this to be delivered to my local PO not to the house...... Ignored.

Part of my location was missing from the address, but name, number/streetname and full postcode was present..... yet (supposedly) the driver couldn't find me!!

The advantage of living in a quiet cul-de-sac in a quiet area ;)

Of course, that isn't a bulletproof experience - one of my neighbours actually caught on camera a delivery driver helping himself to a parcel left in a previous delivery!

Hopefully the police were involved as it was on camera. On the whole I have had a good experience and often take in parcels for neighbours. One in particular loves online shopping but works shifts (CID Police Officer so has to take her turns at different shifts).

Do not do a great deal of online shopping myself but my quarterly Hotel Chocolat parcel is on its way. I would like a monthly subscription but cannot justify the cost. So Christmas, Easter and birthdays come round roughly every 3 months which is perfect for my subscription
