Webcast1 videos

Post by richard@imutual » Fri Jan 21 2011 12:37pm

I've started uploading videos of last week's webcast to our Youtube channel

Had to break them up into smaller chunks due to Youtube's limit. Besides, anyone who wants to listen to me droning on for more than 15 minutes needs to seek professional help!

Next webcast will be on Monday 7th March 9pm. Any ideas for changes to content and format are most welcome :)

An opportunity to put questions in advance, through the forum or maybe skype? Live skype questions? Wear a nice jumper. A competition with a decent prize? Mention the forum activity in the last week, namecheck people for their contributions.
But apart from that Mrs Lincoln how was the play?

How about he spends the time talking about progress on chasing missing cashback or on claims submitted. And why it's taking months and months to get things progressed

Or are we all happy to let that drift as it did on his other site. Because remember the lack of customer service on the other site was all because other people were disrupting Richard's plans

Hope you note the sarcasm in my post too

I assume it's your outstanding claim that prompted the comment. I have to admit we have messed up on that one, which meant it didn't get sent off to the merchant. We've now sent it off and, given the time you have waited, we've decided to verify the claim regardless of what response we ultimately receive

In general though, we are on top of most claims. Of all claims submitted since imutual began, only one has been declined. Of the remainder, one third are still outstanding but none of these (at the time of writing) have gone beyond the eight week timescale we ask people to allow

I don't know of any other cashback site that will resolve claims in less than 8 weeks. It is certainly claimed by some sites, but in reality I've found the "quick resolution" is simply just to reject your claim.

I was going by the "Claim created" date, but admittedly I overlooked that, in some cases, there was a delay between you submitted the original query and the claim record being created

But I think the general point stands and you can expect to hear a response on your claim soon
