As you can see, there is only one claim overdue at present (i.e. have taken longer than 80 days to resolve) and all claims submitted up to the end of July have been resolved. On average, around 90% of claims are getting verified and remember that, uniquely, imutual allows you the option of appealing directly to members to have a rejected claim overturned.
