They hav a policy of chasin any amount owed no matter how small

I know I am owed something. It may be as much as £50 if the bigger commission payment I was expecting cleared, but as I don't know what my balance was and I cannot prove it with a screenshot I don't see how they would honour it. Therefore I have not put in a claim.

Both new Rpoints and Richard gave FA|Sims a copy of the database.
if you know your username/email etc they will know what your owed.
put a claim in

I think I was owed something but I've got no records to validate how much. I remember being upset that I had been saving it up to cash in and then found I couldn't. Be good if they can find it.

So you would suggest just writing in my old username and email in the Statement of Claim section as I too don't have a screen shot...?
