Will the millionth transaction be yours?

Post by richard@imutual » Mon May 21 2012 12:31pm

As of today, imutual members have earned cashback 790,193 times! And on current activity levels, I estimate that our millionth transaction will take place in around 3 months time

I think we should make something of this, and perhaps have a prize / bonus shares for whoever happens to earn transaction number one million :)

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Good idea. A bit of publicity never did any harm. I would favour prize myself.

The most logical thing todo would tobe Double the value of the tranny, asit most likely tobe a daily there's little cost involved

Well, yes I think that might be seen as a bit miserly, as the most likely value will be a few pence. Although daily clicks represent less than 20% of our revenue, they are largely responsible for the high number of transactions to date. So the millionth transaction is likely to be one of them.

How about if we offered to double all the cashback/shares you've ever earned (up to an agreed limit) if you happened to generate the one millionth transaction? That would be a nice loyalty reward if it happened to a long-standing member :?

I would probably be in favour of that depending on the Limit
Chances are it would not be that much cost(£300ish) because a lot of
people just do dailys

A double valued tranny! Is that a transistor radio or a transvestite?!

How about 100 shares?

Oh, and what a fuss about signatures! I thought I was doing a favour by letting people know how to earn a few more quid! But hey ho! Mine's gone! However, I am available if anyone wants my autograph!

£20 for the millionth transaction, then smaller bonuses of £1 or £2 for random transactions around the million mark. Something along those lines anyway to keep everyone interested and give more members a chance of a little reward
But apart from that Mrs Lincoln how was the play?

good idea with perhaps the "random" transactions being the 990,000, 991,000, 992,000 etc
