MY understanding is that all transactions not paid have been rejected subjected to this vote and then Richard's decision
Though he has posted/indicated he will pay if we vote that way

Yes, I'm going to award all the transactions (this will be done next week). Given the outcome of the poll, it would seem unfair to take any other course of action. But of course, you can still submit a query asking for yours not to be paid if you really want to

Thank you for the very nice gesture to pay for the leads which this site didnt get paid for.
There are those who agree with and those who are convinced to agree with and I fall into neither of those categories ....
