There must be at least 3-4 spammer's a day the number of members shown here are totally false and not even helpful as a guide to growth. I would prefer to see their whole membership removed rather than just the post.

At least then the numbers might look a bit more representative of the truth.

Whilst agreeing with you point about not a true represntive if active numbers i disagree with not being a guide to growth.
The amount of spammers probably rises in proportion to the size of the company.

Probably is an unknown quantity!

Yes.
A much better guide to growth would be turnover
Perhaps Richard could tell us how that going?

I prefer not to commit to posting any specifics about revenue - best to leave that for when the audited accounts are published

Re: spammers. We do seem to get a couple of (probably automated) spammers a day on the forums. I'm hopeful this will stop once we get our new design out, because it alters the registration process. But these 'spammers' don't go on to click on merchants or complete shareholder registrations, so we can measure the genuine sign-up trends - see below

Month = month in which the member initially registered
Registered = Completed the initial sign-up form
Verified = Clicked on the verification link sent in the sign-up email
Clicked = have clicked out to at least one merchant
Earned = have earned some cashback (pending or awarded)
Shareholder = have completed their shareholder registration

Image

I think the trend is clear, and would hope that our new design will help it to continue :)

Thanks for posting the above stats Richard. Is there any particular reason why the year has started so well?

Thank you Richard, I hate to commit you to yet another report. But can this be put into the reports section each month?

How many of Quidcos boasted 2.5 + Million users actually use the site? Far less than their advetising claims methinks.
