If you click on the merchant name, that is a "Go Direct" link

As I say, design is very subjective and it would be impossible to come up with something that everyone likes. But the thinking with italics is that it helps the logo to stand out, and also conveys an impression of informality that's in keeping with our brand

The BBC paid £1.7 million in 1997 for Lambie-Nairn to straighten up its logo.

You can have my suggestion for free! ;)

Looks good to me.

By the way the link text in the html still has the old strapline: imutual - The money-saving site you own

Mmmm, we have IE9 on a PC in the office but it looks OK. What screen size and resolution do you have? Anyone else get this issue? :?

The logo looks alright in Internet Explorer to me. Some spacing seems a bit wonky in Internet Explorer 8 on Windows 7 - a padding issue I expect.

Would attach a screenshot but the site says it's too big to attach.

It doesn't cover the email only clicks, which do have links on the history page.
But apart from that Mrs Lincoln how was the play?

Yes, supposedly an italic typeface is considered "friendlier" - although there are warnings against using too much bold or italic in documents for the elderly. Define your audience... :)
Just because I'm paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get me
