Where is this on the site as this confirms what the top up is but does not confirm if this is activation or not, with some sims just getting it to receive a signal activates it.

The thing I would love to join if only I could afford it. But I want other goodies in life, I earn on the internet so I can add the cream to the butter and jam on our scone. (But it has to be a Cornish cream tea for me though ;) )
