For my 12345th post I propose we, imutual members vote "Do Directors' deserve a pay-rise?"
I am fully aware, at present the finances of imutual do not allow us to award a pay-rise but with some good fortune things will change for the better soon.
Furthermore to feedback from previous polls I have included an "abstain" option.
As always opinions are welcome.

Agent Smith:
Why, Mr. Anderson? Why, why? Why do you do it? Why, why get up? Why keep fighting? Do you believe you're fighting... for something? For more than your survival? Can you tell me what it is? Do you even know? Is it freedom? Or truth? Perhaps peace? Could it be for love? Illusions, Mr. Anderson. Vagaries of perception. Temporary constructs of a feeble human intellect trying desperately to justify an existence that is without meaning or purpose. And all of them as artificial as the Matrix itself, although... only a human mind could invent something as insipid as love. You must be able to see it, Mr. Anderson. You must know it by now. You can't win. It's pointless to keep fighting. Why, Mr. Anderson? Why? Why do you persist?

Because I choose to.

Ah, but you're not counting the members that have genuinely abstained by not voting!

We all feel that the director(s) should be paid more and they will be when we can afford it
Personally I feel that the chap who runs the comps should be getting a 6 figure sum

I have chosen to abstain. Yes, the directors deserve more money but like any newish company the main use of money has to be:
a) keep the company sustainable
b) grow the company so that all renumerations can grow in time.
Keep smiling because the light at the end of someone's tunnel may be you, Ron Cheneler
