I am glad that value was not written in because they are certainly not value for money, in my opinion. It does not help that they spam me with unsolicited mail at least once a month.

No, fact.

Virgin were happy to sell me a mobile based on their coverage chart. When I told them that I got no signal in the house, they suggested I tried the garden!

Can't get the link to work? I just get a black screen with 1 white pixel in the centre of my screen. I've tried 10 times now, via michelle's link and also typing in Virgin Media into the search bar. Any ideas?
