Sad to see ths one is now greyed out, especially as I was due to receive £8 cashback today. It was there earlier on this week. Expected date for cashback now says 'extended'. Hope it still pays out.

It's back now. We were in the process of moving over to a new reward programme created by the merchant There's no reason to think they won't pay for valid transactions against the old programme

Does the imutual cashback guarantee cover Mrs Xfile if they do not pay up?

Give it time. Payment dates are only an estimate. If and when the merchant pays you will be.

In my experience the hotel ones often do extend.
I suspect it's to do with the timing of the booking, the stay, and the reporting process.

still showing as extended no date showing at all. I went on this holiday on 12/8/17 so it's not as if they are waiting to see if I would cancel. Very disappointing!
