I'm making a cashback claim but can't find/remember some of the required details

It's important to be as accurate as possible when submitting claims for cashback, as it helps us to trace your transaction and reduces the chances of your claim being rejected. If the transaction date is a day or two out, that probably won't matter; give your best guess and we'll see what we can do

Most of our partners send email confirmations of your transaction; if so, you should be able find those messages in your email folders (or trashcan).

If you are unsure of the accuracy of any of the information submitted, please add an appropriate comment in the notes field of the claim form
