Re: Warehouse REIT - share monitoring

Think it says a lot - positively - about the new method of selling. Once the scales tip, the deed is done.

Much more repsonsive, and required for times like these especially.

Re: Warehouse REIT - share monitoring

I believe it was my vote that tipped the scales here - although all votes have equal weight - and I made the decision to change from hold to buy based on the knowledge of the coming dividend and my previous experience - which matches what garindan suggests - where the share falls once its gone ex-di...

Re: Investment for June

No-deal Brexit makes me worry about shipping services.

Possible priced in, but still worth considering.

Re: Congratulations to iMutual...!!!

This seems like more recycling of the same subject, about which we've very recently had an update and a vote.

Is there any point to more acerbic observations when we all know the current situation with both the economy and the company?

That additional statement on "will", that'...

Re: Acquiring more Share Plc shares or not?

If there's quick cash to be made, then that's what my preference is. Subjec tto that being the case.

The £3 discount per trade is hardly worth holding on to a turkey unless we think there is potential growth.

Re: Pure Gold Mining - share monitoring

Blimey Richard! You're normally the one who was happy to take a punt! Do we have any idea what to put the funds into if we did that? It might be worth testing the feeling of the club over how to manage this share longer term if it really is the potential 'goldmine' that is suggested. Good alternativ...
