Do the number of claims figure include those which Mr Chess has said on several occasions that he puts in for no spend offers :?:

Do you have stats for Extended transactions? I know it's down to non-payment from the retailer but it'd be good to see what is sitting being waited on (I've got a 5 month Extended transaction just now but I'm sure there's longer than that out there).

As usual, we give members a monthly update on how well we're dealing with your claims for missing/incorrect transactions....

I'm pleased to report that we currently have no outstanding claims (for missing/incorrect transactions) older than 8 weeks. See chart below :)
