What's the timeline for winding up the company?

I'm guessing we're losing money every day the company continues to exist.
I am guessing that it will be done in Richard's own time. I doubt there is any timeline thought out at the moment. Do not expect it till after the next AGM. There would appear to be no rush to do anything much at all.

TBH, I do not care if the company loses money. None of us are liable, I am not expecting a fortune from any windup (if anything at all). Richard has personally guaranteed all balances. I see it as his problem/issue. Whilst Richard I have no doubt is an honest and honourable man. The closure I suspect will be done typically in the way the site has been run over the last few years. Customer Service will not be at the forefront.

started more or less on time - only 4 participants including Richard. Disappointing that there wasn't more interest. :(
The timing is poor for me as it always has been.

What are the approximate losses in the 9 months to today?
Sorry I'm not ignoring your question but I'm not in a position to give a figure at the moment. But now that the resolutions have been passed (see next post), I hope to be able to give a clearer idea over the coming months
It shouldn't be that difficult to give a rough idea (and there is a legal obligation concerning accounting records).

Well that must have been a quickie. Just tried to join and got "this meeting has been terminated by the host"
started more or less on time - only 4 participants including Richard. Disapponting that there wasn't more interest. :(
Never has been.
