See chart below for how well we're dealing with your claims for missing/incorrect transactions....
In response to comments from some of you, we're now showing the total number of claims involved. As you can see, it's a very small number which in part reflects the modest (but growing) level of transactions going through imutual but also the fact that our cashback tracking is generally very reliable
As for the stats, these are very pleasing for us. Only 1 claim over 2 months old remains outstanding, and that is one where the merchant has rejected it but we have gone back to them to try and overturn their decision. We chased it again today!
