Not 100% sure but I've reopened voting until 4pm tomorrow
I don't actually remember whether or not I already voted; nevertheless when I click the voting link right now it still says that voting is closed.

Agree
Just because I'm paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get me

The current articles filed at Companies House do not require closure of proxy voting 48 hours before the meeting.
Mmmmm that may be correct. Not 100% sure but I've reopened voting until 4pm tomorrow

Voting for the upcoming general meeting has now closed, in accordance with the company's Articles of Association.

I'm still getting the same error:

"Voting for the upcoming general meeting has now closed, in accordance with the company's Articles of Association."

Mmm ok sorry looks like it will need a website update to work. Anyone who still wants to vote can message me to give me their proxy instructions. The two resolutions are:
To receive and adopt the report of the directors and the financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2022

To re-elect Richard Lawrence Yendall as a director of the company.
And the choices are: FOR / AGAINST / ABSTAIN

I will be unable to attend the online AGM, but I have a question.

The last financial statements include the period when Kelkoo was still available as a daily click. That must have been a significant contributor to income.

The current year has no daily clicks and a very low volume of transactions. Is IM generating enough revenue to cover costs?

Not at the moment, no. I would expect us to record a loss in the year to June 2023

So what's the plan? Just hope something will turn up that will improve income?

The lack of response suggests there is no plan to improve revenue :(
