how did you receive this Sarah, by logging in to MyMorrisons?
In the 'My Morrisons' app; on the 'Offers' tab.

Yes, keep using existing cards, although they're also sending out new ones in due course.
I'm not optimistic that previous balances will be restored.

they made a right mess of their loyalty system, going way back, imv.
Clubcard and Nectar both work well and surely help to encourage loyalty via consistent spending.

Morrisons recently offered me this coupon for 20% off everything with no minimum spend (obviously some typical restrictions in the small print like excluding spirits, fuel, baby formula and probably gift cards). Perhaps because I hadn't shopped there for a month or two. I was a bit sceptical and didn't need to buy much anyway, so only spent £15 but it did work okay, taking £3 off at checkout.
I have had this offer twice recently and can confirm in England it works on the wine after 25% deducted when you buy six bottles so double offer

I have the 20% offer again now too. Have you tried it on gift cards?
I also have an app coupon for £4 off £40 and another for 1000 points (£1) when spending £10.
My points balance in the updated app is starting from 0, not whatever I had remaining 2 years ago.

We had a meal in Morrisons cafe yesterday. Told DH what to order for me and went and grabbed the only 6 seater table available. Only 2 in cafe and one was occupied. The husband of the couple we were meeting insists on a 6 person table when we meet up. They arrived after us so I made sure I sat at the table so nobody else grabbed it.
Not a lover of the cafe but it was a birthday meal and the choice of the birthday lady.
Went to loo and found out I could have got a few hundred pts for spending less than half the total bill came to. We were paying for all four meals so might even have got the double the amounts on offer. But of course I did not see the overheard banner thing in time.
Not surprised that the nearly £5 worth of points I had when they closed loyalty thing will not be added to my account
Keep smiling because the light at the end of someone's tunnel may be you, Ron Cheneler

I have not tried on gift cards. But it does work with a 20% off fruit offer I had on on app. I have only just downloaded new points app so missed the 1000 points as had to activate it.
