Google Chrome 2023 Refresh

Google Chrome is updating with a new "refreshed" look that once again increases the size and spacing of bookmarks as well as other user interface elements.

If you don't like it, here's how to revert back (at least while still possible):

1. Open chrome://flags
2. Search for “refresh”
3. Disable the 2 results : (“Chrome Refresh 2023” and “Chrome WebUI Refresh 2023”)
4. Chrome will ask you to reload the browser and that’s it!

Setting those flags to 'Disabled' no longer has the desired effect after the latest update.

However, if you now disable the 'Customize Chrome Side Panel' flag, this does bring those previous styles back once again!
