Should be ok now. I should explain why we've had a few errors like this recently ...

The site is periodically running slowly, and the likely cause is the sub-optimal way that the system has been developed over many years. This is, of course, mostly my fault! But these days, I have a better idea of what I'm doing.

So I'm spending a few weeks on reorganising how we handle data on your visits and cashback transactions (by far the largest source of data). But due to the mess of the current code, it's tricky to do this without occasionally breaking things - unless I devote months rather than weeks to the task.

That said, I'm being careful not to break the most important things i.e. being able to login and visit retailers. The above issues have only caused temporary reporting delays, and hopefully I won't cause anything more serious than that before the work is complete
